Not many trailers need to be watched several times – this one does. It raises questions that furthers our quest for seeking more purpose in our lives.

Imagine that the rest of your life is suddenly compressed into one more week, and then it’s complete, over, finished.  Seriously, what would you do?

In the movie the narrator says:

“When You Get Those Rare Moments Of Clarity, those flashes when the universe makes sense, you try desperately to hold on to them. They are the life boats for the darker times, when the vastness of it all, the incomprehensible nature of life is completely illusive. So the question becomes, or should have been all a long…

What would you do if you knew you only had one day, or one week, or one month to live? What lifeboat would you grab on to?…  What person would you declare your love to? What wish would you fulfill?… What book would you write? What’s the minimum in life?”

What gift would you give?  What relationship would you restore?  Would you seek God and the life He intends for you, even for one week?

Now, watch the trailer again.  Let yourself be swept away.  Go there: what would you do if you knew you had only one week to live?

Would you celebrate life?  Would you live the week full of joy?  Would you dance?

So, at this point something must have occurred to you.  And, the good news is that you have the rest of your life to do it!  (However long that may be.) So, Experiment With This Idea:  Let this be your moment of clarity – your life boat!

Why wait wait until your ‘last week’?  Why not, Start Doing That ‘Something’ Today!  Simply ask yourself:  “Would I do: whatever it is you currently are doing, if I had only one week to live?” And, then proceed per your answer. You may just receive a divine clue to your purpose.
Be inspired – watch the trailer one more time – and allow your heart to reflect on these words from it:

Take a road, less travelled – discover a world: unseen.  And find a destination… you never expected to go!
