Tuition

covers all costs for accommodations, meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast), teaching and event supplies.  It does not include transportation to and from the event.

The tuition fee is per person and varies based on accommodation type. There are NO single rooms.

Accommodation Types:

$195     The Cabins:  Each wing will house 12 – 18 men per room in bunk beds with a common bathroom.  Does NOT include bed linens, pillows and towels.

$255     The Chateau Rooms:   5 – 6 men per room, combination of bunks and single beds with private bath facilities per room.  Includes bed linens, pillows, and towels.

$295     The Lodge Rooms:  2 men per room, a single and queen bed with private bath facilities.  Includes bed linens, pillows and towels.

Housing Groups:  Register early!  We will make every attempt to accommodate your group or roommate preferences.  Groups may not exceed 6.  Each man must register and pay separately for the same room type and  use the same Group Name.

Transportation:    Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.   Nearest commercial airports are in Austin and San Antonio.

Audience

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the content, The Heart of Texas Boot Camp cannot be viewed as a Father/Son event.  We strongly encourage fathers and sons to attend, but they will need to participate in different boot camps, at least for each of their first experiences.

Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, The Heart of Texas Boot Camp is not designed for youth.  You must have completed high school or be at least eighteen years of age to attend.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation by Registrant

Full payment is required at the time you register for this event.  You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee less a $150 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event.  In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.  Regardless of when you cancel, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.

Cancellation of The Heart of Texas Boot Camp by Hearts Forever Free.

If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and refund your full event registration fee.

Hearts Forever Free

Is a Texas Nonprofit Corporation that is currently applying for 501 (c) 3 status with the IRS.  Hearts Forever Free is producing this event and will receive all payments.  No individual will benefit from any proceeds, other than those men who are awarded scholarships to the event.  We are praying to break even!
